Self-Exclusion and Taking a Break

If you wish to pre-emptively self-exclude yourself from accessing the Platform, you may email a request to Timeout@sweepstorm.net. The subject should state “SELF-EXCLUDE FROM SSC” and the email should include the following minimal information to allow identification of your account:
- Your full name
- User ID and/or email address associated with your SS Casino account (if available)
Your account will be promptly disabled by our customer support team upon receipt of the email. This email will be flagged by our system as urgent and escalated to the highest priority.
Within 24 hours of receipt of your self-exclusion request (or the next business day between 9am–9pm EST), a member of our customer service team will reach out to obtain more information to execute a formal exclusion period based on your needs.
To self-exclude for a Definite Period, inform the customer service representative of the specific duration (days, weeks, or months). Once set, the exclusion period cannot be reversed until it expires.
To self-exclude for an Indefinite Period, request an indefinite exclusion. A request to lift it will be granted three (3) months after SS Casino receives it.
The self-exclusion begins once all necessary information is provided. If you're still able to access the platform after confirmation, it is your responsibility to notify us. Failing to respond will result in indefinite suspension.
During self-exclusion, your SweepStorm account will be temporarily deactivated. For account history, information, payments or winnings, contact us at support@sweepstorm.net. You will not receive marketing during this time.
We recommend self-exclusion from any other gaming platforms you use.
Sweep Casino reserves the right to exclude users at our sole discretion if a gaming problem is suspected.
To close your account due to a gaming problem, email us at support@sweepstorm.net, and we will process your request as soon as reasonably practical.
Please note: Self-Exclusion Periods or limits only apply to the account associated with the provided information. If you have more than one User Account, separate requests are required. Sweep Casino is not liable for fraudulent attempts to bypass exclusions.
